Person-centred therapy
A gentle, respectful approach where you are listened to deeply and supported to understand yourself more fully.
Counselling
Counselling gives you space to talk openly about what is happening in your life, without judgement or pressure. It can help you understand your emotions, recognise patterns, process difficult experiences and begin to make changes that feel right for you.
You may come to counselling because something specific has happened, or because life has felt difficult for a long time. You may feel anxious, low, lonely, disconnected, overwhelmed or unsure of yourself.
Whatever brings you here, you do not need to face it alone.
How I work
A gentle, respectful approach where you are listened to deeply and supported to understand yourself more fully.
An approach that sees you as a whole person, not a problem to be fixed.
A practical way of exploring what may help, what strengths you already have, and what steps could support change.
Where useful, we can look at the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Exploring patterns in relationships, communication, self-belief and old life scripts.
You are welcome to get in touch for an initial enquiry. There is no pressure to have the right words. You can simply let me know that you are looking for support.
